When do I pay for services rendered?
On the day we provide your free quote, we will provide you with an invoice, payments are usually due in full the day we pick up your rugs. However, we do allow a minimum 50% deposit payment. You will receive a receipt for your payments.
How to clean/dry clean an area rug yourself at home without a machine?
We do not advise you to wash your fine rugs yourself as some rug materials require specific washing. If certain rug fibers are washed incorrectly, it can lead to rug stains and rug shrinkage. To prevent any damage to your area rugs, we strongly advise you to leave the rug cleaning to us.
How often should I professionally clean my area rugs/Persian carpets?
The frequency of rug cleaning depends on the maintenance of it. If your rug receives a lot of foot traffic, you have a pet or it’s in an area where it can easily take a hit from foods and liquids then we recommend having your area rug professionally washed a minimum of 2 times a year otherwise, once a year will suffice.
